Are you an Expectant Mom or Dad, or a Biological Parent with a toddler under 36 months? OR Are you a Foster-to-Adopt parent or parent who has adopted in the last 2 years?
Chosen Ones offers monthly warehouse appointments to all individuals who meet our requirements (please see eligibility requirements below). During your warehouse appointment, you will meet one-on-one with a Program Counselor who will assess your needs during an intake process. You will then be referred or connected to social service agencies who can help you accomplish your goals. You will also be offered educational handouts or videos to view that will help you with your pregnancy or parenting. Plan to spend at least 15 minutes with a Program Counselor. After your intake you will be able to shop in our Just 4 You Warehouse and receive clothing, diapers, hygiene items, and food. NOTE: If you are a Foster Only Parent or Kinship Only Parent you must make a warehouse appointment, but you do not have to see a Program Counselor before shopping. We are happy to help you! |
